Training series on DevCom for extension slated on Sept 15

A series of Development Communication (DevCom) trainings for extension project implementation will kick off on September 15, 2016  at Smallville 21 Hotel in Mandurriao, Iloilo City. The training is borne out of the need to embed communication  and community participation as inputs in the project development cycle. As a first in the series, this training will highlight communication for development and the role it plays in participatory planning.

Expected to join the training are extension coordinators, project and program leaders from various West Visayas State University colleges and campuses. They will be trained on how to use DevCom as an extension approach as well as  PRCA techniques  and tools to effectively involve and engage project stakeholders.
