A Seminar Workshop on Photo Editing for IEC Development was conducted by the College of Information and Communications Technology in partnership with UEDC last September 28-29, 2017 at Smallville 21 Hotel in Iloilo City. The capability building activity aimed to hone the skills of extension coordinators and program leaders in photo editing, graphics manipulation, text design and effects to upgrade the quality of their IEC materials and presentations.
Prof. Cyreneo Dofitas of CICT served as resource speaker during the two-day workshop where he taught the participants the basic features of Adobe Photoshop, editing tools, layers and styles, creating dreamy texts and advanced glow effects.
The UEDC continues to build the capabilities of WVSU extension implementers through relevant training workshops.
