One of the ways to be safe during the pandemic is to learn everything about SARS-COV2, the new strain of coronavirus that causes COVID-19. As a highly infectious virus, educators and extension coordinators need to be aware of how the pandemic will impact their job, workplace and general well-being and safety.
To prepare the extension coordinators for the New Normal, an online training via Google Meet was conducted last June 26, 2020 for extension coordinators working from home and from their respective colleges and campuses. The online training was hosted by University Extension and Development Center and Dr. Zanita Glenda Plaga from the College of Nursing was tapped as resource speaker.
