Extension terminal report writing is one of the most crucial and challenging activities in the program/project development cycle . The terminal report indicates future opportunities , lessons learned as well areas for improvement and scaling-up. To guide and assist program leaders in preparing overdue and aged extension projects for closure and official termination, an orientation-workshop was conducted last February 22, 2023 at the 4/L, Research and Extension Building in West Visayas State University. The activity was a joint collaboration of the Planning and Evaluation Section and Training and Capacity Strengthening Section of the University Extension and Development Center.
