WVSU-Calinog conducts farm tourism planning workshop

 

Farm tourism is one of the aspects of tourism in which farming or planting of fruits, vegetables, and flowers as well as raising of livestock or poultry generates visitors for leisure or educational purposes. To explore the potential of farm tourism, a follow-up activity entitled "Workshop and Training: Farm Planning on Farm Tourism" for local farmers was held last April 21, 2022 spearheaded by The Municipal Tourism, Culture and the Arts of Calinog in collaboration with West Visayas State University-Calinog. The 1st Farm Tourism was held in October 29, 2021 in coordination with farm owners and local tourism office. (WVSU-Calinog Campus)
