The spirit of volunteerism is alive and well in the Philippines with many movers and shakers from all walks of life pitching in their time, talent and energy for a cherished cause or for nation building. The 2022 Search for Outstanding Volunteers (SOV), a recognition program organized by the Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency in coordination with NEDA Regional Offices, MMDA  and the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) through the Bangsamoro Planning and Development Authority (BPDA) is calling for the nomination of inspiring individuals and organizations that have helped empower communities and contributed to the country's development goals.
