Wyeth Ian Blase, head of the planning and monitoring section spearheaded the monitoring visits that aimed to assess the progress of extension projects in achieving project objectives. Valuable insights and observations were gathered which will help in gaining a deeper understanding of the needs of these communities and develop effective solutions to address their concerns.These field visits are conducted once a year to ensure that extension projects are right on track to deliver their intended outcomes. Progress is reviewed carefully, strengths and weaknesses are assessed, and areas of improvement are identified. Overall, the project monitoring visits conducted in the said communities were productive and insightful and will help UEDC improve its operations to better serve the community.
