The activity started with welcome remarks and overview of presentation mechanics given by Extension Director Dr. Ricky Becodo  as well as inspirational messages from WVSU President Dr. Joselito F. Villaruz and Vice-President for Research, Extension and Training Dr. Ma. Lulu L. Loyola who was also one of the evaluators. Dr. Loyola was joined by fellow evaluators  Dr. Lourdes M. Morano (Asst. Secretary NOSTE, Inc.) and Prof. Jeanette G. Bayona (President, RASUC-EMC 6) in reviewing the accomplishments, outputs and areas for improvement of the eight colleges and five external campuses of the university. The accomplishments per campus/college were presented by their respective extension coordinators or college deans using the prescribed template provided by University Extension and Development Center. Onsite presenters strictly observed health and safety protocols as required by the university.
